Bring life to learning

Right where you are

What we do

There is so much to be amazed by, right outside the doors of your school. We help Calgary students tune in to the wonders of the natural world, right where they are. Through imaginative, curriculum-connected activities that engage the whole child, Thimbleberry programming supports students to build resilience, cultivate curiosity, and foster well-being.

About us

Unapologetically local - Thimbleberry is an environmental education provider and consultancy right here in Calgary. The programs and resources available here are a result of our founder, Stephanie Aleksiuk’s Master’s research in Environmental Education and Communication. She’s head-over-heels in love with this place and can’t wait to share her passion with you.
